Документальна стрічка "Пенальті правосуддя" до цього здобула міжнародне визнання: її відібрано на 17-ть кінофестивалів, переважно міжнародних. Перший варіант фільму було створено ще в грудні 2013 року. Прем’єрний показ нового релізу стрічки успішно пройшов 24 червня 2014 року в столиці Європи – Страсбурзі, відтак – 12 липня того ж року в Тячеві, пишеРmg.ua.
«Пенальті правосуддя» базується на матеріалах справи Європейського суду з прав людини «Савіцький проти України». Це історія боротьби за справедливість футболіста, скаліченого правоохоронцями. Фільм – один із серії «Україна в Суді».
Режисер стрічки В. Бігун зазначив: "Ми вдячні за номінацію й усвідомлюємо цей вибір. За змістом – це один із перших українських фільмів за матеріалами справ Європейського суду. Герой стрічки Богдан Савіцький пройшов через кафкіанське пекло правоохоронної системи. Зламаний фізично, але з незламним духом, за підтримки вірного батька та відчайдушного правозахисника-односельчанина, він достукався до сердець страсбурзьких служителів Феміди. Оскільки таких Богданів у нас тисячі, фільм – нагадування про пухлину системи українського правосуддя.
За формою фільм – синтез оригінальних ідеї таких же людей. Історія, реконструйована через скетч на межі естетичної, але допустимої недосконалості, покликана передати її зміст й настрій – спогади суцільної драми. Це робота талановитого художника-аніматора Олександра Педоса, ідея підходу – відомого документаліста Дмитра Тяжлова. Все це зійшлося в мистецтві монтажу українця Ярослава Броля та фіна Акселі Віртанена".
В’ячеслав Бігун – професійний правник і кіномитець. Народився в Тячеві, навчався й працював у провідних університетах і наукових установах світу (Львівський університет ім. І. Франка, Інститут держави і права НАН України, Гейдельберг, Сорбонна та ін.), в Європейському суді з прав людини. Автор більше 500 публікацій.
